酒屋の親父に「千葉の酒で一番」と勧められたので買っが、残念な結果だった。
吟醸のわりには香りがしつこくて臭みを感じる。しかもその香りが強いので、味があまり感じられなかった。
結果として、臭みだけが口に残る。酒というよりも、アルコール飲料を飲んでいる感じ。
燗よりも冷やがいい。
特に合う食事は無く、酒だけで飲む方が杯が進んだ。
